We take every effort possible to make sure out dogs go to loving homes that will treat our pups with as much - if not more - love and respect that we do. We do our best to screen possible new owners. We have taken this questionnaire from a Dogue de Bordeaux colleague and are presenting it to you to fill out and return to us. To be considered for a home for one of our pups, please review our sample contract first, then fill out and print this questionnaire. This questionaire must be mailed to us via US Postal mail if you want to be added to our waiting list. This is not meant to criticize any potential home, but for us to determine if your family and home is suited and prepared for a Dogue de Bordeaux.
